Return & Exchanges Policy

 

ALL RETURNS / EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY.

We offer returns/Exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery (or desired delivered location) to your home, other address, our stockroom, etc . If it is our error, (error = wrong size shipped or damaged) we will pay for return shipping label. Please advise us of the error/damage no later than the 48 hours of receiving your order via email. 

WE WANT TO MAKE YOUR RETURN HASSLE-FREE

​Although buyer is responsible for their return shipping fee, we conveniently create your return shipping label and email it to you. If you are unable to drop off your return at the Post Office, no worries- we can schedule a pickup if the service is provided by the post office in your area.  

The original shipping costs cannot be refunded as it is a non-refunable cost by carrier. All returns incur a 15% restocking fee.

*EXCHANGES  (How to Exchange your item)

Exchanges are based on availability of stock, and buyer pays all shipping fees on exchanges. Please follow these steps:

First Steps

  • First, "Message Us" or Email us your exchange request.
  • If your exchanged request is approved, we will email you a shipping label.
  • The shipping label (fee) will be deducted from your exchange/return order.

Next Steps

  • Find the item you wish to exchange.
  • Purchase it like a brand new order, checkout & PAY for it immediately.
  • You will receive a new order number for the new purchase.
  • Standard shipping will take place for your new order.

Last Steps

  • Return your exchange item(s) to our return address.
  • Please write "Exchange" on the packing slip.
  • When we receive your exchange item, we will process your request for the exchange item if in stock (Less the return shipping fee).  
  • Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs, a shipping fee will be sent to you for payment, after payment is made- your order will be ship to the same shipping address on your original order.
